A Link To Tell You About

I don't have much to talk about tonight. I trikked 3 miles this morning. That's about the only thing exciting I did today. LOL! I wasn't going to blog tonight, but I figured I'd tell you about this activity calorie calculator I came across on the web tonight. I thought it looked interesting. :)

Other than that, I'll leave you with some motivation....

Instead of giving myself reasons why I can't, I give myself reasons why I can.
Identify what you want and go for it.
When you expect success, your mind focuses on success.
Nothing tastes as good as being healthy and full of energy feels.
The secret of success is having the courage to begin in the first place.
Never, never, never, never give up

Hi Aimee,
I jsut wanted to let you know that I enjoy reading your site. I have followed it on and off over the last couple of years. I know what it is like to struggle like you have and wanted to throw some encouragement your way! My neighbor, her daughter and I have started our own mini WW meeting at her house. We have all the materials that we need and we decided to hold each other accountable. I am using your site as one of our tools.
Here's to success and continued blogging!

Hi Aimee!

You are a rockstar! Don't let those plateaus discourage you! I have been plus size for the last 6 years, and I am finally going to lose the weight and stick to losing! I am currently doing Southbeach, and it has been a lifesaver for me. I did not lose much on WW, after working super hard and sticking to the points. This seems to be going better.

Please don't give up or get discouraged. We believe in you!

Hi, Aimee. I just discovered your blog and website, and I'm so glad I did! Thanks for posting all those diet recipes on your website. They look great! I'm going to make the Pineapple Angel Food Cake for my hubby's birthday this Saturday. I'm so excited to try it!

Congratulations on your weight loss so far! I will definitely be stopping by to check in on your PROGRESS! :)

hey Aimee, I used a recipe from food network from semi homemade. it was butterfly sugar cookies, she used a mix but instead of butter she used cream cheese. I used reduced fat. I was thinking the pts would be low. the cookies were really good. well I just thought maybe you could tell the pts. or tweak it for even lower pts, you seem to be really great at that! anyway thanks, and your site is great!

Hi Aimee,

I have been watching your progress since you started back and you are doing wonderful. We have exchanged emails a couple of times but not recently. I made your Tasty Bran Muffins this morning and it is still one of my favorite recipes. I even stretched them out to make 24 muffins, so I can have 2 for the same points or 1 and cut back a little bit. I was down 56 pounds with WW, but have run into a less motivated month. I know missing my exercise is one of the main reasons I am floundering. But you are inspiring me to get back at it. Keep up the good work!!!!
