Let's Laugh Off Some Calories!
Jeff Dunham has a new DVD out this week called Spark of Insanity. I love this guy! He's hillarious! We went to see him live last year in Newport, KY. He does several characters, but the old guy named Walter is my favorite. His new DVD is being aired on Comedy Central this Sunday night, if you want to watch the whole thing for free. I guarantee you'll laugh. :) Here's a clip...

That was SOOOO funny. Walter is sooo cool...teehee. Yep I think we all probably do know someone just like him.....OH my, he was a male version of MEEEE.....ARRRGGHHH!.....TEEHEE....I hope NOT!!

LOL Linda! That's funny! We watched the DVD last night. Jeff Dunham has a couple of new characters. I didn't think they were as good as his other characters, but maybe he's still developing them. I think Walter is the best. I could watch a whole show of just him. :)

I have back issues that interfer with exercise .. if you read my posts you can see what I went through.. however my program I am on is the Mayho Clinic healthy weight for Everyone... great program.. I see a nutritionist.. similiar to WW .. instead of points basically I count calories.. long story short. anyhow.. Love Love Love your blog.. and much luck to you again.. as we journey forth..
